THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PILOT PROGRAM EVALUATION MEASURES

Abstract This presentation describes measurement tools and techniques for the pilot. Anonymous pre- post-surveys were based on Brief Tool Dementia-Friendly Education Training Sessions, modified ODRC population. The is a 7-item scale measuring impact of dementia education sessions knowledge, attitudes/perceptions, interacting with people living dementia. Based feedback, we added an item recognizing pre-session survey asked about experiences prior to session. post-session included items satisfaction, including usefulness session in their work within ODRC, whether they learned new information, would recommend training.
